Shipping:
Sapere ships! For free! For items shipped within the US, shipping to your home or office is complimentary. 

Returns for rugs in my In-House Collection and The Starter Collection:
To give you time to view the rug in your space, Sapere accepts returns for up to 3 days after purchase or delivery for any rugs purchased through the website.  If you return an in-house rug in original condition within 3 days of your purchase, you’ll receive a full refund, minus return shipping. If you return an in-house rug in original condition within 10 days, you’ll receive store credit for the amount of your rug minus return shipping. After 10 days, all sales made via the website, saperecollection.com, are final. To initiate a return, simply contact Sapere for a return shipping label and instructions. 

If your purchase was through Instagram or Facebook, the above return policies apply. You can return within 3 days for a full refund, minus return shipping if the rug is returned in original condition. You can return your rug within 10 days, for store credit, minus return shipping if the rug is returned in original condition. Within 30 days from purchase you can return your rug for store credit, minus a 50% restocking fee and return shipping as long as the rug is returned in original condition. 

Return process! 

- Contact me! I'll give you instructions and estimate on the cost of your return.

- I'll walk you through the packaging process (roll it like a tootsie roll!)

- I'll create a label for you, usually via FedEx. 

- I can schedule a pickup for you on your door step, if you'd like

- Once I receive the rug and ensure that it is in original condition, I'll initiate your refund or in store credit coupon within 2 days of the rug's arrival to me!


Returns for sourced pieces:
Special sourcing projects are all unique! I source from all over the world. If I am sourcing for you, I’ll let you know exactly what to expect for each rug sourced – how long it will take to arrive from the country of origin, if there’s any approval period or unique return policy. The return policy will be a case by case basis (which I'll let you know before you buy!). Questions? Don't hesitate to reach out.
