Shipping:
Sapere ships! For items shipped within the US, shipping to your home or office is complimentary. 

Returns for in-house pieces:
To give you time to view the rug in your space, Sapere accepts returns for up to 3 days after purchase or delivery for any of our in-house pieces. If you return an in-house rug in original condition within 3 days of your purchase, you’ll receive a full refund. If you return an in-house rug in original condition within 10 days, you’ll receive store credit. After 10 days, all sales are final. To initiate a return, simply contact Sapere for a return shipping label and instructions. Return costs are deducted from your refund.


Returns for sourced pieces:
Special sourcing projects are all unique! I source from all over the world. If I am sourcing for you, I’ll let you know exactly what to expect for each rug sourced – how long it will take to arrive from the country of origin, if there’s any approval period or unique return policy. Once you've selected your rug(s) a 50-75% is due upfront (depending on the rug) and the remainder is due upon delivery. The return policy will be a case by case basis (which I'll let you know before you buy!).
